  • We accept payments via secure payment gateways integrated on our website.

  • Kots Trend reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including product availability or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India. Estimated delivery time is [3–7 working days] depending on your location. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout. Kots Trend is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. To request a return:

  • Provide order ID, description of the issue, and images (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed in the form of replacement goods within 7–10 business days after approval or if the replacement goods are not available a credit note will be issued of the said amount in the form of coupon discount for future purchase on the website kots.in. No cash refund will be entertained.
